Privacy policy

Email list. If you sign up for recipes, we store your email address, the date and the page where you signed up. We use it only to send you recipes and occasional recommendations. We never sell it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or ask us to delete your data by replying to any email.

Link clicks. When you open a link that starts with health4u.top/go/, we record the date, the link name, the device and browser type, the referring page and the analytics cookie IDs described below. We do not record your IP address.

Analytics and advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and recipes are useful, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our Instagram and Facebook posts and ads. Both set cookies and receive data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and whether you signed up or bought through one of our links. When you buy through an affiliate link, the store tells us that a sale happened and its value (not your name, email or payment details), and we pass that on to Google and Meta to measure results. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and in your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Affiliate partners. The stores we link to may set their own cookies when you visit them, under their own privacy policies.
